FortisMate PMS Series
FortisMate®PMS-TPO is a high-performance weather-resistant TPO butyl self-adhesive waterproof membrane, specially developed for roof renovation and repair projects. It is composed of a homogeneous TPO polymer sheet, a high-strength butyl rubber adhesive layer, and a release liner.
Combining the advantages of TPO polymer membrane and self-adhesive technology, it features excellent weather resistance, high tensile strength, large elongation, strong chemical resistance, and easy, safe construction. It is ideal for exposed roof repair and new lightweight roof waterproofing.

Specification
Excellent Aging Resistance: The warranty period of different materials is 5 years and 20 years, and the actual service life is longer.
Strong Chemical Corrosion Resistance: It has the ability to resist acid, alkali and salt corrosion, and can be directly exposed for use.
Excellent Physical and Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength, large elongation and strong resistance to structural deformation.
Soft Material and Good Adhesion: It can provide various thickness specifications such as 0.9mm and 1.2mm.
Simple Construction, Safe and Environmentally Friendly: Self-adhesive, wet-applied and other construction methods can be selected depending on the different situation. The construction is simple and there is no solvent or fire in the process, which is safe and environmentally friendly.

Application Scope
Construction Points
•
Base layer — Clean surface, sufficient strength, no dusting, powdering, hollowing or rust. Apply special treatment agent if necessary.
•
Footwear — Spiked shoes are forbidden. Do not step directly on the waterproof layer.
•
Local maintenance — Clean overlapping parts with the old waterproof layer. Detail parts must be handled in place and sealed tightly.
•
Wet-applied method — Materials need to be customized and matched with special bonding mortar.
•
Protection — No sharp objects directly on the finished layer without protection. Heavy utensils and transport equipment are not allowed. Drilling/puncturing is prohibited. If damaged, notify the waterproof unit for repair immediately.
Storage and Transport
•
Segregation — Products of different types and specifications shall be stacked separately and shall not be mixed.
•
Protection — Protect from sunlight, rain and keep under ventilated conditions.
•
Storage — Temperature below 45°C. Membrane shall not be placed horizontally; stack in a single layer when placed vertically.
•
Transport — Prevent tilting or side pressure. Cover if necessary during transit.
•
Shelf life — Under normal storage and transport conditions, storage period is one year from production date.

We adopt the deposit + full balance payment mode for all orders:
A 50% advance deposit is required to arrange raw materials and production after order confirmation.
The remaining full payment must be completed before we arrange delivery of goods.
We accept T/T bank transfer and other negotiable payment terms.
