FortisMate PWM Series
PWM-HDPE is a high-performance non-bituminous pre-applied self-adhesive waterproof membrane, specially designed for underground pre-waterproofing projects. It consists of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet, a non bituminous polymer self-adhesive layer, and a granular anti-adhesive surface. The membrane forms a permanent bond with post-cast concrete, creating a reliable skin-type waterproof system that eliminates water channeling. It features excellent puncture resistance, weatherability, and long-term durability.

Material Features
1. Pre Applied Construction Method
It can be closely bonded with post-poured concrete.
2. Reliable Bonding Strength
The membrane can be bonded tightly to the substrate, if there is local failure on the membrane, water would be confined in a limited area without fluid-channeling, which makes it much easier to repair.
3. Low Requirements on the Substrate
PWM-HDPE can be applied on wet or uneven substrate surface. No need of primer, not affected by the weather. Especially during rainy season, the advantage is more prominent when compared with hot-applied membrane.
4. Safe & Environment-friendly
During construction, there is no solvent or fuel involved. Avoiding pollution, fire risks and saving resources as well.
5. Excellent Physical Properties
Excellent tensile resistance, puncture resistance, weather resistance, strong ability to adapt to the base deformation and other properties.

It can be used to build an extraordinary “skin-type” firm waterproof system together with the post-cast concrete structure layer, with high reliability. It can also save the traditional cement mortar screed layer and fine stone concrete protective layer, saving a lot of costs & construction time.

We adopt the deposit + full balance payment mode for all orders:
A 50% advance deposit is required to arrange raw materials and production after order confirmation.
The remaining full payment must be completed before we arrange delivery of goods.
